Kiva.org is a site devoted to helping people out of poverty by loaning them money. Now, we are not talking about great sums of money; just a minimum of $25.00 and then that money is pooled together with other Kiva members to make a more substantial loan. You can browse through profiles of people who have requested help, learn about their endeavors and then decide who you would like to assist.
